Here’s how to stop nit-picky complaints

To the Editor:

I must say that the anonymous complaint process is not working in the best interests of all of us who call The Villages our home. If a person wants to file a complaint I feel that person MUST at a minimum leave their name and phone number. This would stop a lot of the nit-picky complaints.
