To the Editor:
Yes, I believe that there should be a usage fee for non-residents.
Possibly a paper, one-time use, pass can be sold at recreation centers, with a monthly code.
If/when the person checks passes at pools, for instance, they could scan it to be sure it is current and then keep the pass. Yes, dishonest people would copy, etc. However, there would still be money coming in that is not coming in now. And these would still need to be family members or guests of The Villages residents.
