CDD supervisor who serves on PWAC to explain where money goes

A Community Development District supervisor who serves on the Project Wide Advisory Committee will explain “Where Does Your Money Go?” in an upcoming presentation to residents.

CDD 8 Supervisor Dennis Hayes will host the presentation from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1 at the FishHawk Recreation Center.

Topics to discuss will include:
1. Bond Assessment
2. Amenity Fees
3. Maintenance Assessments
4. How PWAC was formed and what it does
