Villager chosen to serve as alternate on Architectural Review Committee

A former real estate developer has been chosen to serve as an alternate on the Architectural Review Committee.

Rondal Shumate of the Village of Sunset Pointe has been selected to represent Community Development District 5 as an alternate on the ARC.

During his career, he built and managed student housing around Purdue University in Indiana. He also built residential housing, office buildings and strip malls.

Golf course deserves a failing grade
