When will The Villages stop expanding?

To the Editor:

When will The Villages stop expanding? How far do you want to go? Tampa? Lakeland? Crystal River?
There has to be a limit to what the Developer is doing. It is just like a cancer here in Central Florida. It just keeps spreading.
What will we do when the Developer has enough homes built to use every drop of water from the Florida Aquifer? And in my opinion, that is a real possibility. Drink the salt water that will replace the fresh? Does salt water intrusion mean any thing to any body?
I think enough is enough. Stop expanding. The developers have done enough damage. Be satisfied with what you have.
The roads are horrific in season. There are too many cars for the smaller roads we have. Some folks don’t do so good on the larger ones either.
