Villa road maintenance scheduled to begin this week in CDDs 1 through 4

Asphalt rejuvenation applications are scheduled to begin on villa roads in Village Community Development Districts 1 and 4 beginning Monday, Dec. 2.

Signs have been placed at the villa entrances that will be impacted by this work. The contractor performing the work will be going door to door the day before, weather permitting, handing out notifications and answering questions.

Residents are asked to refrain from using irrigation or washing vehicles during the week of application. The roads need to be dry for the product to be able to soak into the asphalt. There is no reason to park outside your villa or on a different street as the product being used soaks into the asphalt in 60-90 minutes, but may be driven on much sooner if necessary. Give the product as much time as you can before driving on it to be successful.

Call District Property Management at  753-4022 with any questions.

Impacted villas include:

• Patio Villas

• Ashleigh Villas

• Morningview Villas

• Sunnyside Villas

• Forsyth Villas

• Legacy west of Buena Vista Boulevard

• Unit 55
