An intoxicated couple was arrested at their home on Rolling Acres Road in Lady Lake after a battle over the boyfriend’s erratic driving.
Lake County sheriff’s deputies were called at 3:47 a.m. Friday to a home at 37651 Rolling Acres Road where 29-year-old Michael Ulrich Jr. and 19-year-old Rebecca Sebren were “yelling at each other,” according to an arrest report.
Ulrich and Sebren “had been drinking alcoholic beverages and were intoxicated,” the report said.
Sebren told deputies they began arguing while driving home. She said Ulrich was “driving erratically” and she had asked him to stop speeding.
Deputies found scratches and bruises on Ulrich. Sebren had redness from the bottom of her left eye to the base of her chin.
Both were arrested on charges of domestic battery. Both were booked at the Lake County Jail and released after posting $1,000 bond each.
