Villagers expand definition of handicapped parking in Florida’s Friendliest Hometown

Villagers apparently have been expanding the definition of handicapped parking here in Florida’s Friendliest Hometown.

The Parking Patrol has been hard at work documenting cases here in The Villages where the meaning of the statutes governing handicapped parking may have been blurred.

This SUV was parked between two handicapped parking spots at the Dunedin pool and postal station.
