Trolls need to sign their names

To the Editor:

We have the right to face the person who make this crazy type of complaint. If they can not be identified, then they have NO right to say anything. If you have a complaint, own it. Do not be anonymous.
Have forms at recreation center and mail them in to a Community Standards office. Forms have to be signed or no action will take place.
