Bicyclists in The Villages should be fined for not stoping at stop signs

To the Editor:

Contrary to Florida law, bicyclists in The Villages seldom, if ever; obey STOP signs on the multi-modal paths and should be ticketed and fined for EVERY offense.
Only when they feel the pinch financially will they even consider safety over convenience.
