The trolls must be stopped

Concerning trolls or just mean-spirited people: The anonymous complaints that the districts, supervisors and other board members support must stop.

There are other ways that will not add cost or burden to Community Standards.

If anyone wants to add, change, etc. to their home or property they should submit this with a permit obtained by Community Standards. Then they should review the request and send out copies to neighbors within 200 feet of said property and request if they choose to attend the meeting.

The districts have changed what can and cannot be done too often.

We own our property and pay taxes.

Some districts are more open minded and mindful of their residents. Others not so much. Plus some serve on other boards and this could be a conflict of interest.

The Developer and districts have too much power.

I appreciate our community. With that being said, we are no longer  a retirement gated community. We have become a city and governing should be done differently.
