CIMORELLI, ELIZABETH A., 80, The Villages, FL, passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2020. Elizabeth (Betty) was born in Somerville, MA. on October 21, 1939, and for the last 22 years was a resident of The Villages. Betty was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Mary Saffelo. One of 13 children, she was predeceased by 11 siblings: Marion, Angelo, Eleanor, Henry, Albert, Joseph, Alfred, Francis, Joanne, Rita and a stillborn.

Betty is survived by her childhood sweetheart and husband Anthony S. Cimorelli; her sons Stephen A. Cimorelli and Charles E. Taylor, daughter-in-law Kathleen B. Taylor, and grandchildren Ryan M. Taylor and Wesley C. Taylor. She is also survived by her sister and husband Catherine (Cathy) and Frank Senesi; stepson and wife Anthony L. and Lisa Cimorelli and grandchildren Ashley and Ryan Cimorelli and great-grandson, Michael Baker.

At heart, Betty was a loving homemaker, wife, mother, sister and friend that focused on the wellbeing and care of others. She was a retired beautician that was sought out by many over the years for her talents. Betty was also known in her family and by many friends for her excellent Italian cooking – a centerpiece of many family holiday gatherings.

A Visitation will be held at the Lady Lake Chapel of Beyers Funeral Home, 134 N US HWY 441, Lady Lake, FL 32159 on Monday, March 23rd from 3-4 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at St. Timothy Catholic Church in Lady Lake onTuesday, March 24th at 8:30 AM. Interment will be at the Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513 following the Mass.

The family expresses sincere appreciation to Florida Cancer Specialist and Cornerstone Hospice for their outstanding care and compassion.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Betty Cimorelli’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
