To the Editor:
Many people add decorations or flower beds because they don’t know the rule. The realtors should tell us before we buy a house, but they don’t. They will say anything you want to hear to get you to buy the house. And as soon as you sign on the dotted line you’re screwed.
I’ve been here seven years and I just found out about it a month ago. For my house it’s 10 feet from the street belongs to The Villages and the other side something from the middle of the street. It’s awful how The Villages screws people. If we were told before buying it wouldn’t happen. But they won’t tell you.
