Complaints have gotten out of control

To the Editor:

I completely believe people have the right to complain if something is affecting their own personal property like an infringement, value or safety of that said property.
It is NOT OK for people to just ride around and put in complaints just for the fun of it.
It is up to the compliance board to have a person in each district assigned to checking their particular area for non-compliance. With that said there should be a limit of only one complaint from a person each month and that they must come in to the office and fill out a complaint form in front of the office staff.  The complainant would need to show their Villages ID to prove they even live here.
This is out of control and these people need to be stopped. Enough is enough and to solve this problem you don’t need to be smarter than a fifth grader.
