CDD 9 supervisors set date for discussion of color palette for homes

The Community Development District 9 Board of Supervisors will be discussing the exterior home painting color palettes at their June 4 meeting.

The supervisors are seeking resident input on the current colors and possible revisions to the palettes. The meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m. at the Savannah Center.

Currently, CDD 9 homeowners do not need Architectural Review Committee approval if they are repainting the original color or if they stick to the approved color palette.
