Wisconsin woman jailed after allegedly offering child for prostitution

Jessica Lee Nobles

A Wisconsin woman was jailed after allegedly offering a child for prostitution at a truck stop in Wildwood.

A man was sitting in a truck at the TA Travel Center and called 911 Sunday afternoon after 31-year-old Jessica Lee Nobles of Madison, Wis. approached him, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office. He told her to “keep on walking” and she then offered to show him a “good time.” When that didn’t work, Nobles asked him if he was interested in having sex with the child who was with her, the report said. He again told her no and then called 911.

After deputies arrived on the scene, Nobles was transported to The UF Health The Villages ER at Brownwood, claiming she had taken pills. At the ER, Nobles admitted she hadn’t taken any pills.

She had also given deputies a false name, and confessed she had done so because she knew she was wanted on a Wisconsin warrant charging her with violation of probation.

Nobles was taken into custody and booked at the Sumter County Detention Center on $11,500 bond.
