Agnes Zak

Agnes Zak, 97, of the Villages, passed away peacefully at home May 26, 2020.

Agnes Ann Zak was born in Millinocket, ME, the daughter of Angelo and Anne Ippoliti. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter, in 2000.

Agnes and Walter met in New Jersey where they both spent long careers working for Lenox China, with Agnes in accounting and Walter in production. They retired in 1988 and relocated to the Villages.

Agnes was an avid golfer and loved playing cards. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and Saint Timothy Roman Catholic Church. She is predeceased by her sisters Mary Bickford and Isabelle Bobo; and brothers Renato, Neil and Victor Ippoliti. She is survived by her sister, Eva Fitzgerald, of the Villages, and several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Timothy, 1351 Paige Place, Lady Lake, FL, Tuesday, June 9, at 8:30 a.m. Interment will be private.
