A driver who didn’t pay child support was arrested after a traffic stop on U.S. 301 in Wildwood.
Delano Shawn Patrick Gray, 35, of Kissimmee, was driving a gray SUV at about 8 p.m. May 25 when a computer check revealed he was driving on a suspended license, according to an arrest report from the Wildwood Police Department. The computer check showed that Gray’s license had been suspended in April because he had failed to pay child support. He has also had previous convictions for driving while license suspended, including two in 2005. There were also convictions in 2007, 2009 and 2011.
Gray was arrested on a charge of driving while license suspended and booked at the Sumter County Detention Center. He was released after posting $500 bond.
