Broken promises of build out in The Villages

To the Editor:

When we moved here we asked what was the amount of cap on age restricted housing. We were told 105,000.
Apparently, someone “big” got that law vacated. We were told no apartments in The Villages would be allowed with amenities. Property values would go up when the area was built out.  Now it is just greed for the Morse family.
Sorry to see the wonderful place go this way.
Laws or promises, all broken.
