Golf cart rules during course of play

To the Editor:

This is in regard to potential changes to current golf cart rules i.e. one cart per player unless married couple or other combination not greater than four carts per group of four.
In view of COVID, we are far from out of the woods at our age of susceptibility to contract this deadly virus. As for our golf courses, which I cherish deeply, a hard and fast rule would work well and protect the overall condition of our courses. Keep the rough slightly higher, all carts MUST ride the rough implementing 90 degree crossing only with NO CART PARKED IN FAIRWAY DURING GOLF SHOTS!

Thank you
