To the Editor:
This is in response to all the negativity regarding President Trump coming to the Villages. Since March of this year, my mom, who is 79 years old, has basically become a shut in. She leaves the house to go to the store and dog park, but really that’s all. She always wears her mask and washes her hands as soon as she gets home. When she heard President Trump was coming she got on her tablet and got tickets.
She went to the rally and let me tell you she was a new person. She finally got out of the house and had a great rime. People did wear masks and protected themselves. The main thing is she finally had some fun during this pandemic and I was happy for her. People need to go out and start to live. Stop blaming President Trump. We all have a choice, and I’m glad she made hers to go. If you’re that scared then stay home, but we can’t stop living and being social. Be careful wash your hands and live life.
