Not enough motorized carts for handicapped shoppers

To the Editor:

Winn-Dixie at Sumter Landing has only six motorized carts. The reason they have no more is that they don’t do the business Publix does. This is per a manager who spoke with me!
By 5 p.m. they are all out of charge when I come in. I come in at least twice a week as it is on the way home from work and the staff is generally nice. I think the ADA would find the attitude here appalling! This manager has been here 13 years, never smiles or says hello. No class store!
