To the Editor:

I read your news and count my blessings that I didn’t buy in The Villages.
The white privilege is an embarrassment during these times of enormous suffering throughout Florida. To not wear a mask but race to get vaccinated makes as much sense as your zealous belief that a democratic election was stolen by a con man.
I hope 2021 might bring you all a dose of compassion and reality for your fellow human beings. What happened to the water you drink?
