To the Editor:
The filibuster is not in our Constitution. It allows the minority to over ride the majority. It has in the past been mostly used to stop minorities from voting. It was rarely used, but now has become a tool of the right wingers to stop all legislation that benefits the majority. Kill the damn thing and get back to majority rule.
