Georgiann Pond, 69, of Summerfield, Florida passed away April 10, 2021 at Ocala Regional Medical Center in Ocala, Florida.  She was the wife of Harold Pond Sr. for 51 years.

Georgiann was born in Elmira, New York.  She is a daughter of the late George and Nellie Mathews.  She enjoyed her children, grandchildren, family and friends.  No matter how she might be feeling, she always wanted to be included in the family gatherings.  She loved and enjoyed her dog, Benji and late-night gaming on the internet.

Georgiann will be deeply missed by her husband, Harold Pond Sr., her son Harold Pond Jr. and wife Marni of Ocala, her son Keith Pond and wife Holly of Ocala, her daughter Joanne Kemp and husband Richard of Ocala, her son Eric Pond and wife Sunny of Ocala, and her son Michael Pond of Summerfield.  She has 10 grandchildren, Sarah, Noah, Destiny, Joshua, Kelsey, Tiffany, Erica, Scott, Kayla & Cheyenne.  She has 9 great grandchildren.  Georgiann will also be missed by her sisters and brothers, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces and her friends.

The family will receive family & friends at the Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 5946 SE Robinson Road, Belleview, FL 34420 on Saturday, April 17, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM followed by the Funeral service at 3:00PM.
