Little pity for Villagers scammed by contractor

To the Editor:

I have little pity for the Villagers scammed by Jose Luis Carvajal Ibarra. If he showed up at my door, I would be suspicious right away. First it’s unsolicited and second is his appearance. In this day of scams occurring daily, we need to be on guard. What were they thinking?
