Now I have to tip my landscaper?

To the Editor:

Good grief! I tip my waiter, masseuse, mailman, newspaper deliverer, barber (so many people, I forget.)
Now I have to tip my landscaper? It seems that the last time I had some landscaping done, it cost me a “pretty penny.”
I would hope the owner is paying the workers enough so I am not a schmuck for not running out, when they’re finished, with a fist full of cash. If we’re moving toward an increased hourly wage, let’s do it and forget about tipping.
I’m getting too old to have to figure, am I tipping enough or am I one of the “cheapskates”?
