Beverly A. Douglas, 87, of Lady Lake, FL passed away peacefully in her sleep after a brief illness on Thursday, July 22, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, Flake R. “Bob” Douglas; her parents, Eula and Alfred Sloan; and son, Ronald E. Floyd.

Beverly is survived by her two daughters, Deborah Thomas and Reba (Richard) Logsdon; five grandchildren; Russel M. Thomas Jr. (Janet), Misty D. Clendenney, Christopher E. Floyd, James R. Logsdon, Ashley N. Waldo; two great grandchildren, Charles R. Clendenney IV, and Nathan Waldo.

Beverly worked for many years as an executive assistant before moving with her family to Florida. She became a broker and started her own Real Estate company where she worked for 23 years before retiring in 1995. She was an avid collector of Vaseline glass ware, costume Jewelry and enjoyed Cruises when she could. No Funeral or memorial services are planned. An inurnment will take place at a later date at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida. Where she will be laid to rest along side her husband Flake R. Douglas.
