A man convicted last year in the theft of a golf cart in The Villages was caught on camera leading to his latest arrest.

Brandon Dennis Fritzke, 38, of Lady Lake, was arrested Thursday afternoon by Lake County sheriff’s deputies on charges of burglary, theft and dealing in stolen property. He was booked at the Lake County Jail on $22,000 bond.

He had been captured on surveillance video stealing a leafblower from a home in Grand Island. A detective ran the license plate number of the silver Nissan Sentra captured in the surveillance images. The owner of the vehicle said he loaned the car to Fritzke “to help him out,” according to the arrest report.
