Dr. Raymond Dominick, 59, a prominent physician, departed this life on August 20th, 2021, in Leesburg, Florida. He was uncompromising, defiant, and fought until his very last breath.

Dr. Raymond Dominick began his medical career in South Florida in the 80’s, as a Chiropractor. After finishing medical school, he became an Emergency Room physician. In later years he moved to Leesburg and continued his career as an Emergency Room physician. In the early 2000’s Dr. Dominick became the owner of three urgent care centers in Lake and Sumter County where he was able to provide medical care to the population at large.

Dr. Raymond Dominick had two passions in life which were medicine and music. When he was not saving lives, you could surely find him behind the microphone strumming his guitar and singing his favorite songs.

He was a beloved son, father, brother, doctor, employer, friend, and compassionate person to all.

A Celebration of Life honoring our beloved Dr. Raymond Dominick will be held on Sunday, September 12th, 2021. Visitation will be from 11 AM -2 PM at the Hiers-Baxley Chapel located at 3975 Wedgewood Lane The Villages, Florida 32162.
