To the Editor:
Normally, Letters to the Editor from Frank DeSantis cause me to chuckle. His most recent rant elicited a full fledged belly laugh.
He reminded me of Captain Queeg portrayed so well by Humphrey Bogart in “The Caine Mutiny.” I can just see Mr DeSantis sitting in his chair, ball bearings in his hand as he constantly rolls them around. His paranoia driven (in this case Trump Derangement Syndrome) rant spilling out vile, hateful lies to make his point. Bogart won an Emmy , DeSantis won disdain from clear-thinking people.
Mr. DeSantis’s most recent rant is full of pedantic, pseudo intellectual doublespeak that is a manifestation of his aggressive case of TDS. The pseudo intellectual will try to mask his ignorance by using big words to impress rather than less pedantic words to communicate.
Mr. DeSantis tortures logic as he attempts to spread further misinformation and lies about President Trump and his supporters.
Let’s look at his citations:
1: He uses BUSINESS INSIDER as a source. It’s owned by Kevin Ryan who is a progressive and contributor to the Democrat party. He’s also a known Trump hater. Yet, Mr. DeSantis uses this biased source to prove that President Trump was unfit for office. Bogus.
2: He uses the Washington Post fact checkers as a source. Everyone knows the Washington Post is a liberal propaganda arm for the Democrats. They were wrong on Russia, Russia, Russia as it pertains to President Trump and they have had to issue multiple “corrections “ of their so called facts. No unbiased, clear thinking person believes their reporting anymore. They called President Trump a liar but they are more guilty than he ever was.
3: He accuses President Trump of incompetence. The citations he uses are fully biased and never used the scientific method to make a reasoned , professional opinion. Their statements were based on their skewed left opinion which mirrors that of Mr. DeSantis. President Trump did more for this country over four years than President Obama did in his empty suit eight years. President Biden is in the business of tearing down America but you won’t hear any hateful slanders from Mr. DeSantis about President Biden’s performance.
Then Mr. DeSantis takes the childish tactic of changing my name from Moran to Moron. When you can’t win an argument on merit you call names. I guess he thought that was a thought only he could brilliantly come up with.
All Mr. DeSantis proved in his most recent Captain Queeg rant is that his TDS is getting worse.
I beg you to seek treatment Mr. DeSantis, it’s eating you alive.
