Lady Lake could acquire Katie Belle’s and abandoned theater through eminent domain

To the Editor:

As a Florida attorney for over 50 years I would encourage the Lady Lake Town Council to investigate a “public interest” that would allow them to acquire the Katie Belle’s, Rialto Theater (which sits abandoned) and maybe even the whole square by eminent domain. I am sure the financial part could be managed through bonds paid off from profits.
