Ideas for funding replacement of windmill and water tower

To the Editor:

I agree that the windmill and water tower are marketing tools. These should be totally paid for by the Developer. In addition, there are projects that come before PWAC that all residents should not have to fund.
Concerned residents should consider fund raising for some of the costs involved. A part could then be paid for by the rest of the area residents.
