It’s outrageous to ask residents to pay for windmill and water tower

To the Editor:

The expense of replacing the windmill and water tower at Brownwood should be paid by the Developer since they were the ones who installed it. However, with inflation and gas prices it would be outrageous for the residents to have another assessment. At least now we can see the entertainment on the stage.
