The Developer used metal in windmill at Sawgrass

To the Editor:

I believe the Developer should pay for the complete replacement of the windmill and the water tower at Brownwood. They built it without thinking of the long-range outcome would be using plain wood.
Look how the new water tower at Sawgrass Grove has been built, out of metal, interesting isn’t it?
The Developer built it, they should replace it. Learn by their mistakes.
