Sonia Komarnitzky, 49, of Wildwood, FL, passed away at UF Health Leesburg, with her best friend, Paul by her side, on July 20, 2022. Sonia was a Florida native, born in Plant City, FL on November 21, 1972.

Sonia was of the Christian Faith; she enjoyed cooking, fishing, and reading her bible in her free time. She always took charge of any situation and was a strong, caring, and helpful woman.

Sonia met her best friend, Paul, 4 years ago at Lake Bryant Campground. She had always been there for him and helped him tremendously; to which he will be forever grateful.

Sonia is survived by her loving friend Paul, her beloved children; Joshua, of Washington State, Hallie of Washington State, and Jesse of North Carolina; and one soon to be grandchild, due in October.

Sonia is preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
