Do away with the anonymous complaints

To the Editor:

Every rule and every law has an element of a common  sense time of not being followed. Common sense should rule and not the undercover antics of petty people. Never allow an accuser to stay unknown and not face his supposed guilty party. Do away with the anonymous complaints.
