To the Editor:

Keep affordable housing projects away from The Villages. We do NOT need the issues such projects will bring – Higher taxes, crime, crowded roads and reduced quality of air and water sources.
“No” is a powerful word and the powers-that-be in Sumter County and surrounding counties need to use it more often.
