Town squares and outsiders

To the Editor:

Totally agree with the fact that the town squares are becoming crowded by outsiders.
I have no quarrel with outsiders coming to the square to eat and shop as they are public places but the square itself is for residents. How about parking only for golf carts as a starter in and around the square?
