Goldie Bauschatz, 83, of Summerfield, Florida passed away May 16, 2023, at Advent Health Ocala, Ocala, Florida. She was the wife of the late John C. Buschatz who preceded her in 2011.

Goldie was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to Leroy and Ruth Ingram. She was proud to be a member of the Women’s Army Corps serving as a Registered Nurse during World War II. She continued her work as a Registered Nurse until her retirement.

Goldie is survived by daughter, Brenda Jean Ervin and her husband XX of Summerfield, FL and son, John Bauschatz Jr. of Charleston, SC, daughter, Linda Perry of Santa Barbara, CA. She is the grandmother of 6. She is also survived by sister, Larita Gale Southport, IN. She was preceded in death by sister, Alice Jewell and brothers, Paul Ingram, William Ingram, Theodore Ingram.

Interment in Floridan National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida will be at a later date.

Let them keep the fence!
