Trolls are not the problem

To the Editor:

Trolls are not the problem with reporting violations. It’s the people thinking rules don’t pertain to them.
Why do the people complaining want to know who reported them? Maybe a separate company needs to enforce the most obvious violations so neighbors don’t need to be put into the frustrating situation. You like your yard ornaments? Fine, proudly display them in your back yard
