I wonder what would happen to me if I was convicted of a felony

To the Editor:

I wonder if I was convicted of one felony, would my rich and powerfully political friends protest this conviction publicly and support me because they thought my trial and conviction was a fraud or wrongful prosecution?
Oh, wait. I don’t have any rich friends. I am not a politician either.
