Inconsiderate villa parking leaves no room for automobiles

Cars were parked on both sides of the street on Cambria Circle in the Fernandina Villas in the Village of Summerhill. “Only a golf car could get through,” reported a member of the Parking Patrol. “What would happen if an ambulance or firetruck needed to get to the neighbors?”
