In a recent article you asked if the wait for FEMA reimbursement is worth the slowness of collection of hurricane debris. The same article includes the statement “It’s not clear how much money is at stake.”
How are we to decide the answer to your question? Perhaps you could investigate, and report “how much money is at stake.”
