American Legion Post 347 seeks golfers for 30th annual charity tourney

American Legion Post 347 in Lady Lake will host its 30th annual charity golf tournament on Friday, Sept. 28.

The event, which will benefit the Children’s Organ Transplant Association, will be held at the Mallory Hill Golf Course in The Villages, with a shotgun start beginning at 1:30 p.m. Participants will enjoy a prime rib dinner, and golf shirts and door prizes will be given away.

The cost to participate is $90 per person. Those interested in playing can pay at the American Legion Office at 699 W. Lady Lake Blvd., at the corner of County Road 466 and Rolling Acres Road. Call (352) 750-2099 for more information.
