Carol Von Stetten, 75, of The Villages, Florida passed away on Friday, May 26, 2017. Carol was born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania to the late Eva and Clarence Obitz. She was married in 1960 to her loving husband Carl and they relocated to The Villages from Toms River, New Jersey in 2002. She enjoyed swimming, bowling, puzzles and was an avid reader. Family was important to Carol and she loved having special luncheons with her daughter Sharon and granddaughter Caroline.
She is survived by her husband Carl Von Stetten; son Charles Edward Von Stetten (wife Diane); daughter Sharon Kathleen Madden (husband James); sisters Lois and Trudy and brother Gary; grandchildren Carl David Von Stetten, Caroline Elizabeth Madden, Samantha Charles Von Stetten, Jessica McDevitt and Christopher Keiper; great-grandchildren Joseph Von Stetten, Isabella Von Stetten and Giuliana Von Stetten, Declan McDevitt, Alaina McDevitt and William Keiper.
She is preceded in death by her brothers Buddy and Jack; sister Jean.
