Charles Douglas Lyden

Charles “Chuck” Douglas Lyden, 72, of Wildwood, FL, passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2017. Mr. Lyden was born December 13, 1944 in Worthington, MN to Carl and Rosie (Olsen) Lyden.

He was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran. Chuck moved here in 1967 and retired as a truck mechanic. He was of the Lutheran Faith, a lifetime member of the VFW in Westport, WA and loved fishing.

Survivors include his loving wife of almost 53 years, Carolyn; children, Regina & Wayne Champion of Wildwood and Charles “Bubba” & Amanda Lyden of Bushnell; grandchildren, Addisen and Charlee.

Graveside funeral services will be held 11:30 a.m., Monday, December 4, 2017 in the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
