A convicted sex offender has registered an address in the San Miguel Villas in the Village of De La Vista.
Jason Keith Martin, 38, on Friday registered an address of 863 Rialto Road with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
Martin was released July 5 from the Lake County Jail for violating his probation on child pornography charges. At the time of his incarceration, he was using a Lake Panasoffkee address. He previously listed an address in Tavares.
Martin will remain on probation through March 30, 2026.
He was arrested in 2014 on multiple charges of child pornography. The date of the offense was April 9, 2013, according to Lake County Court records.
When he was back in court this past July and has his probation reinstated, he was represented by attorney Cary Rada.
Among the conditions of the reinstatement of his probation, Martin must “continue current mental health service and take all medication as prescribed,” according to the court file.
