The class focus is to improve your flexibility, mobility and balance by effective stretching. This 5 Step Method can be used with any of your exercises: Yoga, Tai Chi, Stretching, etc. The explanations, instructions, demos and some audience participation reinforces this method. The movements are slow and relaxed to effectively elongate your muscles to lead to your better health.
