DAR John Bartram Chapter plans Sept. 19 meeting at Eisenhower

Guests, potential transfers, current and future Daughters of American Revolution members are invited to attend the Sept. 19 monthly meeting of The Villages new DAR chapter, John Bartram at the Eisenhower Rec Center. Check in begins at 10 a.m.

To commemorate Constitution week, the Chapter will be presenting a PBS program, Constitution USA.  Years of membership awards will be presented by Registrar, Diane Clemmons.  The lunch menu will include apple stuffed pork loin, apple gravy, German dumplings, green beans, rolls/butter, Black Forest cake and iced tea.  Mail or drop off $12 checks for luncheon by Sept. 12 to Barbara Richards, 814 Chapman Loop, 32162-4511.  Make checks payable to John Bartram Chapter, NSDAR.  Those attending are asked to bring small gifts for Christmas stockings for the Florida Cottage girls.
